Initial Evaluation (1hr) $200
During your initial evaluation, a detailed conversation regarding health, surgical, medical, and social history will take place.  This will be followed by observational assessment of alignment, motion, and activity analysis.  Measurements, including range of motion, strength, sensation, motor control, and more will be taken. This may include hands on joint mobilization and tissue assessment. Finally, we will review working diagnoses, discuss any needed referrals to additional specialists, treatment planning, and initiation of an exercise program. Initial evaluation includes travel to your home, all set up and clean up. Does not include orthosis fabrication.


Follow Up Sessions (1hr) $150 
All follow up sessions typically include three parts: preparation, intervention, and wrap up.  Preparation for activity may include use of heat and/or paraffin wax, manual therapies like stretching and massage, electrical stimulation, and wound care (if necessary).  To make the most of our sessions, you can place heat and/or paraffin wax on your treatment area 15 minutes prior to my arrival (if deemed necessary).  Intervention can consist of exercise, activity, neuromuscular re-education, task specific training, and much more.  Wrap up can consist of a review of your home exercise program, wound care, supportive taping, and more.  Follow up sessions do not include orthosis fabrication but may include orthosis modifications if simple (see below). Orthosis Fabrication - (Variable)
If it is deemed necessary to fabricate a custom orthosis, I will discuss formally pricing with you.  If you are JUST needing an orthosis without formally starting therapy, you will receive a reduced initial evaluation cost of $100 (normally $200). Pricing may vary depending on the size of your arm, the type of material needed, the time it takes to fabricate, and the complexity of the orthosis. Need a referral for a more specialized orthosis or prosthetic? We can facilitate care.


Orthosis Modification - Simple ($10 per occurrence) 
Minor orthosis modifications such as extra strapping, padding, new velcro, etc. 


Orthosis Modification - Complex (Variable)
More complex orthosis modification such as re-fit, re-fabrication, additional parts or added length, etc. Price varies based on complexity of repair and time needed to repair or replace.
